How does airport pickup work?.
Here's a step-by-step look at how an airport transfer works, from booking to pickup, so you know exactly what to expect when you land.
Booking
Book your transfer online or by phone and provide your arriving flight details.
Email / SMS confirmation
We instantly confirm your booking details by email and SMS.
Reminder 36 hours before departure
We send a reminder 36 hours before departure — at this point the booking can still be cancelled free of charge.
No longer cancellable within 24 hours
Within 24 hours of departure, the booking can no longer be cancelled free of charge.
Reminder 12 hours before departure
We send another reminder about the transfer 12 hours before departure.
Flight tracking
We track your flight live until landing, so we arrive on time at the pickup point even if your flight is delayed.
Driver contacts you on landing
Our driver contacts you as soon as you land, sending their direct phone number, the car's make and license plate, a photo, and any further instructions you need.
Waiting near the pickup point
Our driver waits within 2 minutes of the pre-agreed pickup point.
Pickup
When you're ready, our driver pulls up to the pickup point, just 10 meters from the exit.
EU and non-EU flights.
Where you're picked up and how long you might wait depends on whether you arrive on an EU or non-EU flight — if you depart from outside the EU but connect through an EU airport to Budapest, that flight counts as an EU flight.

Non-EU flights
For non-EU flights, we recommend adding a 30-minute buffer time.
General rules.
Free waiting time at the airport is 1 hour — counted from the booked time or from landing, whichever is later.
If you add buffer time, the free waiting time is also 1 hour, but it only starts 30–60 minutes after landing.
If you choose buffer time, our driver arrives at the airport later by the selected amount, so an earlier pickup isn't possible in that case.
After the free waiting time ends, further waiting is available for a surcharge.
As an extra service, you can request a name-sign welcome inside the terminal — the fee depends on the parking area chosen.
